The aerobic cum dance studio is large enough to handle a group session of 20 people. The aerobic group sessions comprise of step, martial arts, dance, pilates, swiss ball training and body conditioning.

Resistance training
For those who are looking at sculpting their bodies and sporting a six pack abdomen, we have a spacious weight training floor with both hydraulic machines and free weights. Personal coaching by experienced trainers is provided.
